We are seeking a
results-driven Marketing Manager
to lead and execute high-impact marketing strategies in a
B2C, multi-channel environment . This role plays a critical part in building brand awareness, driving customer traffic to both
brick-and-mortar locations and online platforms , and supporting overall business growth. The Marketing Manager will oversee
digital campaigns, paid media (PPC), social media, radio advertising, content development, and performance analytics , ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable ROI across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute, analyze, and continuously optimize marketing efforts in a
fast-paced, performance-driven environment What Youll Do Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to business growth Manage and optimize campaigns across
Google Ads, paid social, SEO, and radio Drive traffic to both
brick-and-mortar locations and online platforms Oversee creative development to ensure consistent brand messaging Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on data Partner cross-functionally to ensure aligned messaging and execution
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field ( required ) 5+ years of marketing experience , including
3+ years managing campaigns Strong proven experience with
PPC, paid social, and multi-channel campaigns Proven ability to drive traffic, leads, and measurable results Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Experience in
healthcare or health-related marketing B2C
preferred Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CRM experience required
