results-driven Marketing Manager
to lead and execute high-impact marketing strategies in a
B2C, multi-channel environment . This role plays a critical part in building brand awareness, driving customer traffic to both
brick-and-mortar locations and online platforms , and supporting overall business growth. The Marketing Manager will oversee
digital campaigns, paid media (PPC), social media, radio advertising, content development, and performance analytics , ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable ROI across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute, analyze, and continuously optimize marketing efforts in a
fast-paced, performance-driven environment . What You’ll Do
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to business growth Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, SEO, and radio Drive traffic to both brick-and-mortar locations and online platforms Oversee creative development to ensure consistent brand messaging Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on data Partner cross-functionally to ensure aligned messaging and execution What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (required) 5+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years managing campaigns (required) Strong proven experience with PPC, paid social, and multi-channel campaigns Proven ability to drive traffic, leads, and measurable results Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Experience in healthcare or health-related marketing B2C preferred Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CRM experience required Why Join Us
