
The
Creative Lead
is responsible for creating and curating high-quality visual content that represents the Rev’d experience at their specific studio. This includes photographing and filming in-studio sessions, events, and community moments, as well as editing content in alignment with creative briefs and direction from the Social Media Manager. This role blends creativity with brand awareness—it’s perfect for someone who loves storytelling, movement, and capturing authentic energy. Key Responsibilities
Capture photo and video content in sessions, the lobby, and during studio events, as directed by the Rev’d Social Media Manager. Edit content (photo and video) based on creative briefs and brand standards provided by corporate. Maintain a consistent look and feel that aligns with Rev’d’s overall brand aesthetic and messaging. Collaborate regularly with the studio Owner/Operator and corporate Social Media Manager to plan, review, and deliver content. Assist with creative brainstorming for campaigns, events, or special studio moments. Organize and manage content libraries for efficient sharing and future use. Ensure all athlete and instructor content is captured respectfully and with permission when required. Qualifications
Strong photography and videography skills (mobile or professional camera experience). Proficiency with basic photo and video editing software (e.g., Lightroom, VSCO, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva). A creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative while meeting deadlines. Passion for the Rev’d brand, fitness, and community. Role Details

Part-time, flexible hours based on studio needs and event schedule. Reports to:
Marketing and Community Engagement Lead/Operator (day-to-day) and Rev’d Social Media Manager (corporate creative direction). Location:
