Sales Manager (European Field Sales Manager) Location: Germany - Remote Join a well-established US-based electrical manufacturing company as it embarks on an exciting growth journey in Europe. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Sales, the European Field Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, guiding a dynamic sales team, collaborating with OEMs and distributors, and achieving key business objectives across the UK and EU markets. Your Role as the EU Field Sales Manager

Develop and lead the European sales strategy, providing clear targets and direction to the European Field Sales Team. Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure alignment with business goals. Oversee the introduction of new products across the UK and EU markets, working closely with sales, marketing, operations, and distribution teams to create and execute a structured launch plan. Enhance end-user awareness through well-coordinated promotional initiatives, trade counter events, breakfast mornings, and strategic placement of “Point of Sale” materials. Prepare and deliver monthly sales forecasts, weekly performance reports, CRM updates, and other business-critical reports as needed. Provide product and application training to distributor branch staff, ensuring they are equipped to represent the brand effectively. What We’re Looking For in an EU Field Sales Manager

Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the electrical sector. Expertise in OEM sales and managing relationships with electrical distributors. A hands-on sales leader with a talent for coaching and inspiring teams, as well as leading by example. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present effectively and build relationships at all levels in English and German.
