
District Sales Manager - Latin America

Responsibilities
Responsible for sales growth within the region and promotion of products to a diverse customer base including industrial cleaning contractors, Jetstream distributors, and industrial accounts. Responsible for establishing Annual Operating Plan for sales growth on direct channel. Prepare both pump and accessory quotes. Increase sales in the respective territory through extensive field visits. Assist RSM in developing Go-to-Market strategy for the South America market. Generate direct sales and develop customers within specified territory. Train customers and other personnel in the company's product line. Conduct / attend regional sales meetings and trade shows as needed. Recommend new product changes as well as other new product ideas. Submit Weekly Call Reports, Month End Market Report, and Monthly Sales Flash Report. Maintain customer contact in company CRM. Submit expense report on a timely basis. Develop and maintain competitive manufacturer’s profiles and report on their activity each month. Ensure that all business conducted in the region is consistent with the company's mission statement and standard of ethical practices. Extensive travel required. Perform other duties, assignments and special projects as required. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Mechanical aptitude and minimum five (5) years of capital equipment and/or parts sales experience. Effective communication style (both written and verbal) High degree of motivation and initiative Bi-Lingual (fluency in Spanish and English). Portuguese is a plus. Experience and familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or equivalent) Sound decision-making skills About Federal Signal
