Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention. Prepare timely and complete insurance quotes for customers. Round out accounts by offering additional personal lines coverages. Conduct regular account reviews to improve retention. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems. Ethical conduct at all times. Requirements
Current property & casualty insurance license required. Team player in a fast-paced environment that possesses empathy and persuasion. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Detailed, organized with great time management skills.
