Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Operations stakeholders to design, build, and optimize sales workflows and systems integrations Own and enhance sales process automation across platforms to improve lead routing and pipeline progression Analyze sales performance and operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support system adoption and ongoing training Stay current on sales operations best practices and emerging technologies to enhance scalability and performance What is Required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or similar 2-3 years\' experience in Sales, Revenue, and/or Marketing Operations, or a related field Deep experience with automation tools such as Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier Strong problem-solving skills and ability to refine systems in collaboration with Sales teams High level verbal and written communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
