Design, document, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures for the Sales Team Own and evolve key sales programs to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to manage process-related cases Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity Coordinate and execute projects that align sales operations with organizational priorities Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Sales Enablement in a fast-paced or high-growth environment Strong documentation, process design, and operational execution skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders Familiarity with CRM platforms and experience working in a regulated environment is strongly preferred Preferred Qualifications
