Manage end-to-end US PEO payroll operations, including on-cycle, off-cycle, and correction payrolls Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and filings Lead and develop a team of PEO payroll specialists, providing coaching and performance guidance Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements and automation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payroll workflows and client experience What is Required (Qualifications)
Several years of US payroll experience, particularly in a PEO environment Proven expertise in multi-state US payroll and co-employment models Strong knowledge of US payroll tax, benefits, and labor compliance Prior experience leading or mentoring payroll professionals Excellent communication skills to explain complex payroll issues clearly How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
