(1st Shift) Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (OT may be required on Fridays 6:00am - 2:30pm) Location

Pay Range:

$26.00 - $34.00/hr, Dependent on Experience Benefits

Mazatrol Matrix, M32, or Mazak Smooth control use experience is needed Machine materials into components in accordance with company/customer requirements utilizing a variety of machining equipment Experience with Mazak Mills, CNC Lathes, Drill Press, etc. Program CNC equipment via Mazatrol to produce components that meet quality specifications Operate material handling equipment (forklift/overhead crane) to maneuver parts safely into place, while facilitating and optimizing workflow. Calculate dimensions or tolerances using instruments such as micrometers and/or Vernier calipers Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines Machine parts to specifications, using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings and engineering information to determine methods or sequences of operation needed to fabricate products needed for production Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Comprehend and follow ISO procedures to ensure compliance with standard Demonstrate ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time Participate in root cause analysis projects and Continuous Improvement program Must be able to perform on sight Mazatrol Mill programming test Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager Education/Experience

High School Diploma/GED required At least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment Programming experience on Mazatrol Matrix, M32, or Mazak Smooth control use, preferred Requirements
