Product Designer
to help define and shape products used directly inside large scale manufacturing environments. If you love working hands on with customers, building elegant solutions to complex problems, and collaborating closely with engineers, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Own product design across discovery, ideation, prototyping, and testing
Work onsite with customers to understand real operational challenges
Design everything from user journeys to detailed interface aesthetics
Balance fast iteration with long-term product vision
Collaborate daily with engineers and deployment teams to ship features quickly
Qualifications
Exceptional design ability and strong aesthetic judgement
Fast, expert-level skills in Figma or similar tools
Ability to work independently with minimal process
Strong communication skills and comfort in technical environments
Background in UI/UX, product design, or engineering with product focus
Willingness to work fully in-office and travel to customer sites (up to 25%)
