Oversee all details of exhibitions at assigned conventions, trade shows, and recruiting events Ensure accurate capture and recording of leads generated from trade shows and events in CRM Regularly evaluate the quality and conversion rate of leads to measure trade show effectiveness Track expenses related to trade shows and events, calculating return on investment (ROI) Manage pre-show and post-show outreach campaigns, ensuring effective communication Qualifications
Minimum education: A 2-year degree or equivalent work-related experience At least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in coordinating conventions or trade show services Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; proficiency in Excel is desired Excellent administrative, writing, editing, phone, and customer service skills Strong creativity, judgment, and ability to work independently with a wide degree of latitude Preferred Qualifications
