is seeking an accomplished
Business Development and Marketing Manager
to join its dynamic
New York-based marketing team , supporting a fast-growing and high-profile practice. This role offers the opportunity to
play a key strategic role
across all aspects of business development, with a strong emphasis on crafting compelling pitches, responding to RFPs, and preparing rankings and directory submissions.
The Manager will also lead the development of marketing materials, create and execute strategic plans for assigned practices, assess cross-marketing initiatives, and conduct in-depth industry and client research. Additional responsibilities include collaborating closely with attorneys to promote the firm's capabilities, as well as hiring, mentoring, and developing marketing staff.
The ideal candidate will bring
eight or more years of professional marketing and business development experience , exceptional writing skills, and proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and pipeline databases. Prior experience within a law firm environment is strongly preferred.
This position offers a
