
An American multinational mass media and entertainment company is actively looking for a problem solving and extremely organized Marketing Coordinator to join their team in New York. It is a 6-month contract with potential for extension and is 100% onsite Monday through Friday 9-6pm.

As the Marketing Coordinator, one will manage marketing responsibilities integral to the 360 lifecycle of content licensing, including pre-release sales efforts, client support/management, and supporting the Global FAST business. They will be actively involved in the day-to-day Global TV Distribution business, supporting key marketing functions.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
TV/film entertainment industry experience
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel power points a must)
Basic understanding with one sheet.
Event experience, helping with tracking RSVP’s creating invites.
Creative literacy, creative assets management.
Ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with all levels in organization and with clients.

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot internal and client requests for Screening Platform & Materials Portal
Support clients with requests for marketing assets, including heavy cross-functional and client-facing communication
Event-related support including managing RSVPs and other event-related administration. May include local on-site event support if required.
Support sales material creation and management, such as decks as sell sheets. Includes independent work on PowerPoint and working with external designers.
Screening Platform Content Management – screening rooms, episode encoding and uploading, episode orders
Sell Sheets – Brief and work with designer, support team on approvals, distribution
Creative material research and idea generation
Participate in creative briefing
Asset management including QC’ing, delivery and archiving
Lead campaign audit and recap efforts
