We’re looking for a

detail‑oriented and solutions‑driven Hardware Sales Specialist

to join our

SalesOperations team . Reporting to the

Director, Solutions Engineering , you’ll be supporting both the sales and hardware teams to deliver on-time hardware shipments, ensure highly accurate configurations and first-time installation successes, and maintain smooth operational procedures. What You’ll Do

Support the Sales Team

– Support AE and AM teams in identifying hardware needs for new and existing customers, and prepare accurate quotes, proposals and bundle recommendations using current vendor pricing and MealSuite standards Work Cross-functionally

– Coordinate hardware configuration, staging and shipment readiness with configuration teams, partner with Implementation and Hardware Operations to align installation schedules with hardware readiness and SaaS go-live dates, and provide hardware demos to support customer/prospect conversations Liaise with our Customers

– Track orders through fulfillment and delivery, proactively communicate status to internal teams and customers, serve as the primary point of contact for post-sale hardware activities, coordinate vendor warranties and RMAs, and partner with CX/AM to resolve customer claims promptly Be the Subject Matter Expert

– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware products, specifications and vendor pricing to ensure profitable and compliant sales Build Process Improvements

– Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline, automate or optimize the hardware fulfillment workflow, collaborate with the Hardware Manager on lifecycle metrics and surface insights for improvement, and maintain process documentation, checklists and internal dashboards for transparency and cross-functional use What You Bring

3–5 years

of experience supporting

hardware lifecycles associated with SaaS or technology solutions

— including hardware fulfillment, procurement, and install coordination in support of software deployments 3–5 years

of experience working with

vendors, distributors, dropshippers, or reseller partners

to fulfill hardware needs aligned to software solution rollouts or integrated platforms Knowledge of

MealSuite hardware products, peripherals, and specifications

(or the ability to learn quickly). An understanding of

logistics/shipping and order-fulfillment concepts, sales processes, logistics, as well as current vendor pricing, availability, and lead-time concepts . Experience with

CRM tools

(Salesforce is especially preferred). An exceptional

eye for detail ,

excellent communication and relationship-building skills , and a passion for

creating seamless experiences

that make complex things look effortless. Organized, adaptable, able to balance multiple priorities

at once and very

pro-active in follow-through . Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required) Compensation:

$70,000–$83,000 USD per year + variable compensation This role requires working onsite in our
