What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with various teams to support strategic and revenue goals in sales
Develop customized territory plans in conjunction with the District Sales Manager and Territory Account Managers
Conduct technical seminars and presentations on sequencing product lines and applications
Build long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted consultant
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competition, and relevant scientific research
What is Required (Qualifications):
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
BA/BS or MS in Life/Biological Sciences; Ph.D. or Master’s in Biological Sciences, Genetics, Genomics, or a related field is highly desired
Customer-facing sales or support experience in Life Sciences or Genomics preferred
Strong presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
Ability to travel approximately 50% within the territory

Proven track record of establishing long-term customer relationships
