Job Overview Responsible for creating and managing the business plan for a specific region or customer, aligning with the national sales strategy to achieve customer volume, revenue, and margin objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute national or regional customer business sales strategies.

Participate in the annual and long‑term business planning and strategy development process.

Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned large accounts.

Communicate clearly with Director, Customer, and Broker to achieve alignment.

Pro‑actively develop and negotiate trade spending and promotional plans to increase listings, distribution, shelf share, and market share.

Set pricing of products and manage SKU assortments.

Perform timely administration of internal processes and manage team resources efficiently.

Coordinate company‑specific developments to improve sell‑through rates through promotions, rebates, and markdowns.

Track customer sales performance, identify variances vs. budget, and execute customer programs to deliver volume, revenue, and margin consistent with national strategies.

Build relationships with large customers and broker contacts to ensure delivery of Give & Go business plans.

Understand existing and anticipated customer requirements and identify solutions.

Maintain an outside‑in mindset to ensure a positive customer experience.

Maintain up‑to‑date broker and customer contacts and processes for product removals and recalls.

Recipe For Success

Completion of a college diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum five years of sales experience in the Consumer‑Packaged Goods industry.

Previous experience in category or sales promotion management and budgeting and target setting.

Valid driver’s license and active insurance coverage.

Salary range $120,000‑$140,000 USD, competitive bonus and benefits.
