Job Summary This Senior Account Specialist role blends key account management, business development, and marketplace optimization. You’ll manage high‑impact sellers, drive their growth through data insights and operational improvements, and collaborate across teams to enhance tools, logistics, and processes. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with major e‑commerce marketplaces, strong analytical and relationship management skills, and a passion for driving results in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth – Manage and grow relationships with key marketplace sellers, driving performance, compliance, and engagement through data‑driven insights on pricing, promotions, and operations.
Marketplace Optimization – Apply knowledge of major e‑commerce platforms to improve marketplace tools, processes, and the overall seller experience. Support the development of scalable frameworks, SOPs, and best practices that enhance operational efficiency.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with product, marketing, and logistics teams to inform system enhancements, incentive programs, and campaigns that boost seller growth and platform performance. Share seller insights and performance data to guide product and policy decisions across teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2+ years of experience working at or with a major e‑commerce marketplace in account management, seller operations, or marketplace strategy.
Deep understanding of marketplace ecosystems, including seller lifecycle management, fulfillment, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to analyze platform data and insights to develop actionable growth strategies, supported by strong problem‑solving and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient in Mandarin and English communication.
