Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end order process, from order placement to delivery Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Procure necessary materials and resources for order fulfillment Coordinate logistics and shipping activities to ensure on-time delivery Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with plant management for replenishment Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders Requirements
Experience in Microsoft Office, Order Processing, Excel Spreadsheets, Data Entry in a Warehouse Environment. Previous experience in order management or a related field is preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using order management software and systems Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
