EverPass Media is seeking a hunter-minded and relationship-focused Account Executive for our Specialty Accounts segment to grow our presence across non-traditional hospitality venues. You’ll own the full sales cycle for accounts in verticals including private clubs (yacht, golf, etc.), bowling alleys, fitness venues, family & entertainment centers, and other specialty entertainment locations. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who understands how premium content and live sports enhance customer engagement and business performance in experience-driven environments. Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle for specialty accounts, from prospecting and outreach to close and onboarding Develop and manage a pipeline of establishments in the various specialty industry verticals Assist in creating a sales playbook and strategy for specialty accounts, including weighing in on pricing, gathering feedback at industry events, and helping craft pitch materials that cater to these segments Educate prospects on EverPass Media offerings, value proposition, and commercial licensing benefits Conduct discovery to understand each venue’s business goals and recommend tailored media solutions Build strong relationships with owners, operators, and decision-makers at target accounts Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer notes Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams to drive growth and retention Stay informed on industry trends across fitness, recreation, and experiential entertainment spaces Qualifications

4-7+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development Proven history of delivering revenue targets / quotas Experience hunting, closing, and managing mid-market or enterprise accounts Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Comfortable with outbound prospecting and consultative selling Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously Experience selling media, advertising, SaaS, hospitality tech, or entertainment solutions Familiarity with experiential venues, country clubs, gyms, is a strong advantage What We’re Looking For

The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $70,000 - $90,000 plus quota-based variable compensation. In compliance with local law, the range reflects the current hiring range. EverPass considers candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and internal pay alignment when determining salary. The company expects to hire at the mid-range salary, with consideration for higher salary only in rare cases when a candidate has exceptional qualifications. About Us
