About the role The primary focus of this role is the execution of social-first video assets for global brands. You’ll collaborate with our account managers via Google Sheets to track asset status and manage feedback . Once base assets are approved, you will execute the versioning as briefed.
What you'll do
Delivering high-quality edits for social platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube and Pinterest. You will often repurpose the same content for multiple platforms.
Converting raw footage into polished, dynamic videos with a focus on high-retention pacing, hooks, and transitions.
Adding captions, voice overs and audio.
Creating cutdowns and highlights from existing long-form master files.
Ensuring all exports meet platform-specific requirements for safe text zones, resolution, aspect ratios, and algorithm-friendly pacing.
Systematically manage multiple concurrent assets, efficiently integrating feedback and implementing notes to meet tight delivery deadlines while maintaining clear team communication.
Qualifications
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro - You will need your own licence.
Awareness and ability to use available AI tools and plugins to enhance content and workflows where necessary.
Ensure precise and consistent execution of text positioning, music placement, sound levels, and overall professionalism of the assets. This role focuses on accurate delivery against the provided brief and creative direction rather than creative reinterpretation.
Ability to work quickly within a high-volume fast paced environment - You’ll need to turn feedback around within 24 hours and deliver 6-10 base assets per day. You will then execute lightweight versioning for different markets and platforms.
You will need to practice file organisation and upload working files regularly to a shared drive.
Written and verbal proficiency in English.
