As a Trader Trainee, you’ll learn the fundamentals of commodity trading while building relationships, developing market expertise, and creating your own book of business.

Responsibilities
Learn the industry through our logistics team by expanding transportation networks and negotiating freight rate
Prospect, cold call, and qualify customers to build your own book of business
Identify market trends and generate new trading opportunities
Build long‑term client relationships by providing market insight and value
Maintain real‑time market knowledge to support pricing, risk, and margin decisions
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

Comfortable with cold calling and relationship-based sales
