Purpose The Sr Manager, Sales Operations leads forecasting, analytics, performance reporting, CRM discipline, and salesforce effectiveness for the OTTAVA US commercial organization. This role ensures pipeline visibility, demand planning accuracy, and operational consistency across the capital and clinical sales teams.
You Will Be Responsible For
Own CRM, opportunity stage accuracy, pipeline reporting, and performance dashboards.
Partner with Sales leadership to drive salesforce excellence and productivity improvements.
Lead forecasting, demand planning inputs, and pipeline analytics to support S&OP and commercial planning.
Manage KPI frameworks, business reviews, and operational routines.
Provide insights that shape targeting, segmentation, and resource allocation.
Collaborate closely with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery, Polyphonic and Monarch).
Qualifications / Requirements
8+ years in sales operations, or commercial analytics.
Strong CRM/reporting expertise.
Analytical and process‑driven, with strong stakeholder communication skills.

Pay Transparency The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $142,000.00 - $244,950.00.
Benefits Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year; Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year; Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year; Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year; Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child; Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year; Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period; Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year; Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year.
