Clinical Account Specialist

– Central Ohio: Columbus & Dayton. Responsibilities

Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment (e.g., CARTO System and related software modules and RF generator) during case procedures within an assigned geography, to meet and exceed business goals. Educate customers on electrophysiology products to optimize usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service training. Collaborate with peers to share best practices and increase value for customers. Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account. Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitate Territory Sales Manager contact with key decision makers to drive incremental business. Maximize customer case support capability through effective planning and scheduling. Drive collaboration and maintain open communication with the local team/Pod and support teams and external partners. Develop and share best practices with US Field Sales and Service colleagues and internal partners. Develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships within and beyond the EP lab (physicians, nurses, technicians, administrators, etc.). Stay current on product instructions for use, best practices, troubleshooting, and relevant scientific literature and product information. Prioritize and respond to requests in a high-stress environment; maintain composure and problem-solving focus. Engage in diagnostic dialogue with internal and external stakeholders and formulate solutions collaboratively. Provide mentoring for new electrophysiology commercial team members as requested. Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail from customers, practitioners, and partners. Perform administrative work, including account documentation, compliance training, expense reporting, and Company system input. Maintain Safe Fleet standards and communicate business issues or opportunities to the next management level. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental practices and all applicable regulations and Company policies. Perform other duties as needed. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience Minimum 2 years of clinical or technical work experience in a patient care or hospital environment, or completion of the Company’s ACAS program Valid U.S. driver’s license Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardio imaging, EP technology, and industry developments Clinical knowledge of healthcare industry, disease states, and therapeutic/institutional trends Ability to travel up to 40% overnight (local, regional, national, sometimes on short notice) Ability to sit for extended periods, work in a hospital setting, attend live patient cases, wear protective gear (e.g., lead aprons), and work variable hours May be required to lift up to 60 lbs Preferred Qualifications

Electrophysiology/Cath Lab or EP/Cardiovascular Device Industry experience Maintaining at least one industry certification (CEPS IBHRE, RCES/RCIS) Experience with highly complex technical systems in a critical patient care setting Effective and timely communication with coworkers and all levels of the patient care team Self-starter with autonomy, adaptable to a dynamic work environment Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments Receptive to feedback; collaborative team player Ability to translate large data sets into actionable insights Desire to learn and build new skills EEO Statement

Anticipated base pay range:

$69,000.00 - $110,400.00 Pay transparency and incentives:

Eligible for participation in an annual incentive compensation program per plan terms. Eligible for a company car through the Fleet program. Eligible for standard company benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans. Time Off Benefits:
