The Role We are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our film/tv team. This is an LA-based, hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

Host engaging live presentations and trainings for new and renewing clients to help them efficiently find and use music

Build strong, consultative relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate APM products and services

Educate clients on music director and other APM offerings, updates, and enhancements to the search experience

Manage client outreach throughout key points in the production cycle, including timely follow-ups and usage reporting

Accurately capture, organize, and maintain contract, account, and contact information in Salesforce CRM

Manage client logins, including creation, deactivation, and troubleshooting access issues

Maintain and manage the Salesforce pipeline; track renewals and collaborate with Account Executives on strategy, proposals, and action items

Run Salesforce and internal database reports to analyze client usage, health, and engagement, identifying opportunities for growth or intervention

Assist clients with cue sheet preparation and conduct cue sheet analysis

Use sales engagement and email tools to connect with prospects and production companies

Review production data, maintain internal production title databases, and track production release calendars to identify new opportunities

Serve as a liaison between the Film/TV team and Marketing on initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, landing pages, pitch decks, and live events

Take detailed notes during internal and external meetings and execute follow-up action items

Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product features through ongoing research and industry trades

Handle external scheduling for designated Account Executives

Qualifications

Strong interest in film, television, and music

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer success or a similar client-facing role

Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and strong note-taking skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; confident public speaker

Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer calls and presentations to diverse audiences

Solutions-oriented, critical thinker who contributes ideas to improve processes and procedures

Able to multitask, manage individual and team priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and intermediate Excel skills; tech-savvy, curious, and quick to learn new tools and technologies

Outgoing, collaborative self-starter who welcomes feedback, follows direction, and asks thoughtful questions
