Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Housekeeping at Hotel Phoenix in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Director of Housekeeping will oversee daily housekeeping operations, lead a team to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, and ensure all hospitality standards are met to enhance guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, conducting inspections, handling inventory for supplies, and collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. Qualifications

Strong team leadership and staff management skills, with a proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate diverse teams Proficiency in operational planning, organizational oversight, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and address guest concerns professionally Knowledge of hospitality standards, safety regulations, and cost-effective inventory management Previous experience in housekeeping within a luxury or high-volume hotel environment is highly preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site setting and handle multiple priorities efficiently High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus Familiarity with housekeeping management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
