Position Overview
CRV Surveillance is seeking a motivated
Inside Sales Representative
to support our growing low-voltage and physical security business. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, nurturing leads, and building long-term client relationships across multiple industries. The ideal candidate is comfortable with cold calling, enjoys relationship-driven selling, and understands technical security solutions. Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting and
cold calling
to identify and qualify new business opportunities Utilize
ZoomInfo and CRM tools
to research, target, and engage potential clients Build and maintain strong, long-term
client relationships
through consistent follow-up and communication Identify customer needs and position appropriate solutions in low voltage and security systems Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales or operations team Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and customer interactions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales-to-installation transitions Meet or exceed activity and revenue targets Requirements
2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Low Voltage Systems Electrical CCTV / Video Surveillance Access Control Intrusion / Burglar Alarm Systems Fire Alarm Systems B2B Sales Proven ability and willingness to
cold call and prospect
new business Experience working with
ZoomInfo
or similar sales intelligence platforms Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable discussing technical solutions with customers Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling security or life-safety solutions Knowledge of commercial or enterprise clients Prior inside sales or sales development experience What We Offer
