Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a results-driven
OEM Focused Account Manager
to grow our presence in the OEM market segment. In this role, you will engage directly with small to mid-sized OEM customers, building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving profitable sales across our Climate Solutions portfolio. What You’ll Do
Expand business with existing OEM accounts and identify new customer opportunities. Develop and execute action plans to grow profitable sales across all Climate Solutions product lines. Strengthen long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted partner. Provide technical and sales support to assigned accounts. Increase brand and product awareness in the region. Gain deep knowledge of customer applications and match them with Danfoss solutions. Travel: ~30% within the sales region. What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in technical sales, preferably in HVACR or related industries. Education: Bachelor’s degree or vocational/technical qualification with equivalent HVACR background. Track Record: Stable career history with proven sales performance. Skills:
Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all organizational levels. Confident presenter with excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
