Remote Overview Key Account Manager is responsible for the strategic management and growth of assigned regional key accounts within Amcor's Healthcare portfolio. The role focuses on defending and expanding existing business, accelerating profitable growth, developing new opportunities, and driving sustained margin improvement. This position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with accountability for building long-term, value-creating partnerships and increasing share of wallet through disciplined account planning and cross-functional collaboration. Role Purpose The Key Account Manager is responsible for the strategic management and growth of assigned regional key accounts within Amcor's Healthcare portfolio. The role focuses on defending and expanding existing business, accelerating profitable growth, developing new opportunities, and driving sustained margin improvement. This position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with accountability for building long-term, value-creating partnerships and increasing share of wallet through disciplined account planning and cross-functional collaboration. Scope & Impact Accounts:

2-3 regional key accounts

Revenue Responsibility:

25-30 million

Geographic Coverage:

Continental Europe

Stakeholder Engagement:

High, with significant strategic influence across functions

Key Responsibilities Own and manage assigned key accounts to maximize revenue, profitability, and long-term value

Develop and execute robust account strategies and business plans aligned with Amcor's portfolio, innovation roadmap, and sustainability ambitions

Build deep, trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, identifying decision-makers and influencers beyond procurement

Lead complex commercial negotiations, representing Amcor's interests and influencing outcomes at senior levels

Monitor account performance against targets, KPIs, pricing, and margin objectives; initiate corrective actions as required

Drive growth through disciplined pipeline management and identification of new business opportunities

Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure successful execution of account strategies

Ensure demand accuracy and service excellence through close coordination with Operations and Supply Chain

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer plans using Amcor's internal tools and processes

Qualifications & Experience Education & Professional Background Degree in Sales, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong commercial mindset

Minimum 5 years' experience in a large-scale B2B environment

Experience within manufacturing, preferably in Healthcare or Medical markets

Proven track record of delivering profitable growth with large, complex accounts

Strong project and process management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans and execute them effectively

Strong customer focus with a natural balance between account development ("farming") and opportunity creation ("hunting")

Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and influencing skills

Strong analytical capability, including pricing, margin management, and KPI-driven decision-making

Comfortable operating in complex, matrix organizations and engaging with diverse stakeholder groups

Agile and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing market dynamics and mitigate risk
