Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative I (CSR) is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in delivering a positive experience. This role focuses on order processing, product support, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn our products and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support Greet walk-in customers and handle incoming calls and emails Assist with pricing, product questions, order status, and returns Provide product information (after training) or connect customers with the right team member Order Processing & Sales Support Accurately enter orders, quotes, and returns Verify product availability, pricing, and lead times Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment Pull and package customer orders Administrative & Inventory Maintain accurate customer records Keep counter and showroom clean and organized Participate in physical inventory counts Attend training sessions or trade shows as needed Requirements Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred) 1–3 years of customer service experience (HVAC/wholesale preferred) Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems) Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability Positive attitude and team-player mindset Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance when needed HVAC or parts knowledge a plus Experience with Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
