Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a National Wholesale Account Executive. The role involves developing and nurturing relationships with mortgage brokers and clients nationwide. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and promoting Open Mortgage Wholesale’s comprehensive suite of products. The Account Executive will also provide guidance and support to clients throughout the lending process to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
Expertise in mortgage lending products, including Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, and Non-QM products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in industry software and familiarity with mortgage lending guidelines
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience as an Account Executive in the mortgage or financial industry is a plus
