Supporting Loan Officers with loan setup, disclosures, and pipeline management Collecting, reviewing, and organizing borrower documentation Communicating with borrowers, processors, underwriters, and third parties Assisting with renovation, specialty, and non-traditional loan scenarios Providing consistent, high-touch borrower support throughout the process What We Look For / Qualifications
Prior Mortgage, Lending, Or Loan Processing Experience Preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple files in a deadline-driven environment Interest in learning complex loan products and growing within mortgage lending Application & Legal
