Key Responsibilities
Analyze loan files across various lending programs Review and verify borrower documentation and financial information Ensure efficient and compliant loan processing through to closing
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan processing experience Strong experience in manually calculating complex income scenarios Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, Jumbo, and state housing programs Experience with Encompass software is required Recent experience with a Direct or wholesale mortgage banker
