A company is looking for a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor (Full Time).
Key Responsibilities
Verify and audit all loan documents and information provided by the customer and loan officer Process loans for underwriting, including reviewing appraisals and supporting documents Prepare files for closing and ensure compliance with all regulations
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent 5 or more years of experience in mortgage loan processing Understanding of mortgage loan processing functions including FHA, VA, and Conventional Lending Knowledge of mortgage-related requirements, procedures, and underwriting criteria Experience with Encompass software is preferable
