A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor to join their Consumer Direct team.
Key Responsibilities
Process residential mortgage loan files from application to funding, ensuring timely and accurate packaging Review loan applications and gather necessary documents to support the loan approval process Coordinate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Funders to ensure timely submission and compliance throughout the loan process
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mortgage Processing Proficiency with DU and LP, FHA Connection, and VA Portal Strong working knowledge of Encompass
