The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing logistics solutions for clients and carriers, including freight brokering, dispatching, and account management. The role involves building client relationships, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely and efficient transit solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage to effectively negotiate and manage transportation services.
Customer Service experience to provide exceptional support and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
Dispatching and Account Management skills to handle shipment coordination and effectively manage client accounts.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple shipments and responsibilities efficiently.
Knowledge of the logistics or freight industry, with familiarity in cold chain management being a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide solutions and address client needs effectively.
