Pakistan Travel consultant Location: Dublin Responsibilities
Assisting clients with their travel arrangements. Conversing with our clients by phone and email and walk-in. Advise current and prospective clients about destination options. Making changes, requesting refunds. Dealing with airlines. Promoting fares/offers on social media platforms within the Pakistan community. Ideal Candidate
Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus and Galileo. At least 12 months experience in travel. A strong client focus. Office based in Dublin. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent Urdu. Good organizational skills. An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team. A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
