Overview
Porsche Centre Dublin - Sales Executive. Porsche Centre Dublin has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands, based in Charlestown, Dublin 11.
The state of the art Centre features a ground floor 7 car Showroom, upstairs 15 car showroom, 7 Bay Workshop, customer handover bay, and electric vehicle (EV) charging points.
The Role
As a Sales Executive and key member of our team; you will be selling vehicles and associated products whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Providing customers with a welcoming and individual experience
Building customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
Keeping in touch with customers to provide updates on orders and arrange handover dates
Carrying out high quality and accurate appraisals on part-exchange vehicles
Providing bespoke test drives outlining vehicle features and specifications
Maintaining and managing customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty
Skills & Experience Applicants must have proven experience within automotive sales be well presented and have exceptional communication skills, together with:
Outstanding customer service skills
An eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure
Quality awareness
Full EU Driving licence
