Tucson Subaru, a top-rated and well-known automotive dealership located off N. Oracle Road, has an exciting opening in our service department. We are actively seeking an Express Service Advisor to join our team! Our dealership has received the Dealer of the Year Award in Arizona for 8-year running, 2015-2022, and there has never been a better time to join! Working as our Express Service Advisor, your main responsibility would be writing service ROs for our express lane and communicating with our clients. The ideal candidate would have prior service writing experience with great customer service.
Responsibilities
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Qualifications
1-3 years of strong Customer Service experience. Previous Automotive experience is a plus, but not required!
A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention-to-detail
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
