GitGuardian leads with Non-Human Identity security, offering end-to-end solutions from secrets detection in code and productivity tools to remediation, observability and proactive prevention of leaks. Our solutions are used by more than 600K developers worldwide.

We’re looking for experienced Application Security or DevOps/DevSecOps Account Executives to help drive our growth. This role reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales, US.

Your Mission:

  • Identify, engage and build rapport with Enterprise prospects.

  • Evangelize and develop a deep interest in GitGuardian’s growing product line.

  • Facilitate the adoption and acquisition of new customers by building a pipeline of Enterprise accounts in your assigned territory through outbound hunting, channel and events.

  • Own a full sales cycle:

    • Nurture relationships and align multiple stakeholders on large buying teams (from CISOs, CIOs and/or CTOs to leads in Security, Engineering and on DevOps or DevSecOps teams).

    • Frame and launch complex POCs/POVs with Sales Engineers.

    • Build proposals and facilitate multi-pronged negotiations with internal and external procurement teams.

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrated success as a large Enterprise Account Executive in a DevOps and/or AppSec environment.

  • At least 4+ years of large Enterprise experience with nuanced sales cycles and procurement processes (this is a hard must have).

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Success in driving pipeline generation and achieving quota.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

  • Familiarity with MEDDIC / MEDDPICC frameworks.

The interview process

  1. Video call with a Talent Acquisition team member — to discover your professional projects and evaluate mutual fit.

  2. Team interview: Meet the team and/or your future manager — to learn about you and your achievements and to present to the team.

  3. Business case — to work at home and present to the team. Objective: evaluate your skills for the position and project yourself into the role.

  4. Final interview with the CEO — to discuss our company’s vision and ambitions for the next years.

The base salary range for this position is expected to be $125,000 – $150,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This range represents the base pay; additional compensation may include commissions, equity, or other benefits.
