Regional Sales - Industrial Aftermarket

We're seeking a driven, field-based Regional Sales - Industrial Aftermarket professional to capture market share and accelerate revenue across a key Midwest territory. This quota-driven opportunity is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys technical selling, thrives in face-to-face environments, and builds lasting distributor and MRO end-user relationships. In this role, you'll operate as a sales hunter and trusted technical partner-strengthening distributor channels, expanding aftermarket penetration, and driving pull-through demand for high-performance belt and drive solutions. You'll receive hands-on training, strong internal support, and a clear path for career growth. What You'll Do

Drive revenue growth by expanding distributor engagement and increasing MRO pull-through sales Build and strengthen distributor relationships through training, joint sales calls, and performance tracking Conduct high-impact, on-site customer visits to assess applications, recommend solutions, and troubleshoot belt systems Deliver product training, technical presentations, and value-based sales messaging Target and convert competitor accounts through proactive, solution-based selling Build and execute territory plans focused on high-value accounts to maximize efficiency Maintain accurate CRM data, manage pipelines, and consistently follow up on quotes Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer service) to support customer needs Participate in trade shows, distributor events, and customer training sessions as needed What You Bring

2+ years of experience in sales or application engineering (industrial, automotive, or MRO preferred) Ability to work independently with strong home-office discipline Willingness to travel overnight approximately 50% of the time Comfortable spending 3-4 days per week in the field Proficiency with CRM tools (desktop and mobile) Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of outside sales experience in distributor or MRO environments Experience with mechanical power transmission or motion control products Familiarity with industrial maintenance cycles, terminology, and equipment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) Work Environment

Remote/home office with extensive field travel Frequent visits to industrial facilities, warehouses, and manufacturing floors Physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, and on-site equipment evaluations Compensation and Benefits
