Campus Access And Visitor Engagement
Attend daily briefing sessions at the start of each shift to receive assignments and updates. Stationed at the main gate kiosk or designated entry points to greet visitors and assist the campus community. Distribute visitor guides, maps, and informational materials to guests. Provide clear directions and explain parking options to visitors and event attendees. Monitor entry points to prevent unauthorized or unpermitted vehicles from accessing campus. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for campus policies, locations, and services. Event Support Assist with event logistics by placing and retrieving barricades, cones, and other traffic control devices as directed. Acknowledge and accommodate special or temporary parking provisions for events and campus activities. Other related functions as assigned.
