Data Entry Clerk Position

Seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to ensure the delivery of timely and high-quality services to plan participant. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on Entry Clerk who understands the importance of getting all data needed to enter data into the system on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and analytical skills, knowledge of employer contributions data or similar concepts and a proven track record of completing monthly tasks. Demands a highly motivated self-starter who is willing to take ownership of getting all data needed from employers. The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within the organization's systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Maintenance Enter, update, and verify data with speed and accuracy. Maintain organized records of incoming and processed data. Identify and correct data errors or discrepancies. Data Quality Assurance Review and cross-check data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Conduct routine data audits to ensure consistency. Monitor workflows and recommend process improvements. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and updates. Generate accurate and timely reports as requested. Assist with documentation for audits and special projects. Administrative Support Organize and maintain digital and physical files. Support departments with data-related requests. Communicate with team members to clarify or obtain missing information. Confidentiality & Security Handle sensitive information with discretion. Adhere to organizational data privacy and security policies. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of data entry or administrative experience preferred Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred Additional certifications in data management are a plus. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Accurate and efficient data entry skills with strong confidentiality practices. Experience with data entry systems, CRM platforms, or databases. Typing speed of 50+ words per minute with high accuracy. Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication. Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and recommend solutions.
