Pay:
$25.00
$30.00 per hour based on experience. Shift:
Monday
Friday, 6:00 AM
2:30 PM. Overtime:
Frequent overtime based on customer demand. Location:
Houston, TX 77018. Key Responsibilities
Operation & Setup:
Set up and operate CNC press brakes, including Accutek, Amada, or Cincinnati, to bend and form precision parts. Blueprint Reading:
Interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and flat patterns for bend sequences. Machine Management:
Change dies, perform machine adjustments, and handle routine maintenance/calibration. Quality Control:
Inspect finished parts using calipers, protractors, and templates to ensure they meet tight tolerances. Production Support:
Monitor material levels, complete work orders, and coordinate with the team to meet production goals. Qualifications: Experience:
5+ years of press brake operation in a precision sheet metal environment. Technical Skills:
Proficiency with CNC controls (Accutek experience preferred), bend deductions, and shop math. Tools Required:
Personal calipers and a rubber hand-held hammer. Aptitude:
Strong mechanical aptitude and extreme attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift/move up to 35 lbs. Comfortable in a fast-paced production shop environment.
