The Loyalty Ambassador will work closely with the Front Office Team to ensure satisfaction and recruitment of Omni Hotels' Select Guests. The position will be responsible for: Developing proactive relationships with Select Guests Greeting Select Guests upon arrival Resolving all Select Guest complaints Identifying arriving Select Guests and ensure they receive all of their personalized preferences Preparing daily reports Training, educating and motivating all hotel associates regarding the Select Guest program. The Loyalty Ambassador is also responsible for increasing enrollment for frequent guests and intensifying activation. Qualifications
Must be proficient on computers, writing skills are necessary. Previous hotel experience is preferred. This position requires standing throughout the shift. Applicant must be flexible with schedules and must be able to work AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.
