As a Credit & Collections Specialist, you'll help maintain the financial health of the organization by managing outstanding receivables, resolving issues, and ensuring timely payments. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers, using strong communication and investigative skills to drive results. Key Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and negotiate payment arrangements Review customer accounts, credit limits, and payment history Research and resolve billing discrepancies Post and apply payments to customer accounts Process collection notes and follow up on outstanding balances Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Prepare and update aging reports and collection status summaries Partner with internal teams (sales, operations, accounting) when resolving issues Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to communicate clearly. Requirements include: 13 years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable Strong communication skills (phone and email) Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced workload Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities How to Apply
