About Cloaked: Cloaked gives you the ability to auto‑generate an identity with a single click from our best in class password management solution. Users can generate masked emails, phone numbers, passwords, and soon credit cards.

The Role
Build Cloaked’s product‑led growth function from the ground up. You’ll design and ship the mechanics that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through the product itself.
You’ll own freemium strategy, viral loops, referral mechanics, and onboarding—everything that happens after a user lands on the product. Think Duolingo’s streaks, Superhuman’s referral waitlist, or Notion’s viral sharing.
What will you do?
Ship growth features (60%)
- Build viral and referral mechanics into core product flows
- Own activation: onboarding, time‑to‑value, aha moments
- Create network effects through family plans and shared features
- Run experiments to test and iterate on growth hypotheses
Drive insights (25%)
- Own activation rate, viral coefficient, freemium conversion, referral metrics
- Model impact of growth initiatives on unit economics
- Analyze user behavior and identify high‑leverage opportunities
- Set up instrumentation and measurement frameworks
- Present data‑driven recommendations to leadership
Partner cross‑functionally (15%)
- Work with Engineering and Design to ship quickly
- Align with Marketing on messaging and acquisition strategy
- Collaborate with Data on analytics
- Influence overall product roadmap
What skills and experiences will help you?
- Built growth systems from scratch at a consumer company
- Strong with data: SQL, financial modeling, cohort analysis
- Shipped growth features that moved the needle (bring receipts)
- Consumer product experience required

- Scaled with a company from 50→300+ people
- NYC‑based or willing to relocate

Cloaked is a well‑funded Series A startup based out of NYC. Though we are a distributed team, the NYC team operates with a hybrid model. The office building is home to several amenities, including a gourmet cafe, cocktail bar, and a rooftop work area.
We have a fully built‑out kitchen packed with drinks and snacks. The Cloaked team has diverse interests so we frequently embark on team outings and go out for socials!
Compensation & Benefits
We offer above‑market rate pay and equity based off of the market’s best commercially available data. Your compensation will be a combination of salary, bonus and equity.

We offer flexible work arrangements and the ability to work remotely as needed. Cloaked provides a home office stipend in addition to a new company laptop (and other tech depending on the role).
