The Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for translating organizational strategy into scalable, standardized operational practices while supporting local teams through strong leadership, accountability, and performance management. This role requires a hands-on, proactive leader who can balance strategic oversight with operational execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented healthcare environment.

About Us

We are a rapidly scaling, physician-led healthcare organization operating at the intersection of functional medicine, longevity medicine, and precision health. Our clinics focus on proactive, personalized care and operate within an all-cash model that gives teams the freedom to innovate, move quickly, and truly put patients first.

We’re building something modern and meaningful — and we’re looking for a Regional Director of Operations who wants to help scale it the right way. This is a hands-on, high-impact role overseeing approximately 10 clinics. It’s perfect for a builder who enjoys solving problems, developing leaders, improving patient experiences, and running a regional business like they own it.

The Opportunity

The Regional Director of Operations is the glue between strategy and execution. You partner closely with physicians, clinic leaders, and executives to turn big ideas into real-world results. You’ll own the regional P&L, lead high-performing teams, and continuously look for smarter ways to deliver an exceptional patient experience while driving strong financial outcomes. This role blends strategic thinking with sleeves-up execution in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.

Regional Leadership & Operations Lead and inspire approximately 10 multi-disciplinary clinic teams across the region Turn strategy into clear priorities, action plans, and measurable results Build simple dashboards and KPIs that teams actually understand and use Jump into complex operational or patient-experience challenges and help teams move forward quickly Create consistency across clinics while still allowing for local ownership and personality Financial & Business Performance Own the regional P&L like a business owner, balancing growth, margin, and patient experience Quickly spot opportunities to improve patient satisfaction while strengthening financial performance Make smart decisions around staffing, pricing, utilization, and service mix Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning Evaluate ROI on new services, equipment, facilities, and operational investments Use data to guide decisions — and act decisively when something isn’t working Success in This Role (12–18 Months In) Clinics are running smoothly and teams feel supported, confident, and accountable Patients are happier, staying longer, and referring others Revenue growth outpaces expense growth without sacrificing care quality Office Managers operate like leaders, not firefighters Fewer surprises, fewer fires, more consistency New and existing services are growing, utilized well, and contributing meaningfully to profit What Sets This Role Apart You run a real regional business, not just operations You can move fast and make decisions without insurance red tape You work closely with physicians who value strong operators You help shape how functional and longevity medicine is delivered at scale You see the direct impact of your decisions on patients, teams, and performance
