Responsibilities
Creating positive relationships with staff, residents, and family members to support a warm and comfortable senior living environment
Coordinating vital medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, and social care to help elderly residents feel their best
Engaging with residents and family members and providing emotional support
Helping the marketing team create and execute promotional campaigns
Doing what you can to enhance the experience at our retirement community
Qualifications
Experience working in a senior living or other care facility
Some knowledge about or experience with marketing
Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
Self-motivation to help others and support the well-being of the elderly
Compensation & Perks Not only will you make
