We are seeking a driven and experienced
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to connect with business owners and managers ready to elevate their operations and client experience with Meevo. The SDR will work in close partnership with a dedicated Account Executive, supporting pipeline growth by generating qualified leads and meetings through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts. The candidate must have experience in high volume outbound calling. This is a remote role.
Responsibilities
Collaborate strategically: Work with the Partnering Account Executive to understand target markets, key accounts, and industry segments, and align outreach and engagement strategies.
Generate and qualify leads: Create high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via phone, email, and other personalized communications.
Outbound prospecting (80%): Proactively reach out to salons, spas, and MedSpas to identify opportunities for Meevo to streamline workflows and increase revenue.
Inbound lead conversion (20%): Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into scheduled discovery calls or product demos.
Performance and metrics: Maintain a consistent outreach cadence, including 250+ calls per week, and achieve targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.
Industry & product expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position Meevo as a leading growth platform.
Continuous learning: Participate in team training, weekly 1:1s with your manager, and professional development opportunities to refine sales skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
2+ years of B2B or inside sales experience
Experience or familiarity within the beauty or wellness space is a strong plus; understanding salon/spa/MedSpa operations (consultations, memberships, POS/EMR systems, retail) is ideal
Sales & communication skills: confident engaging with business owners and skilled at uncovering pain points and presenting solutions
CRM proficiency: experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools for tracking and managing outreach
Motivated & organized: self-starter with excellent time-management skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
Results-oriented: self-motivated hunter who drives pipeline through persistence and a positive attitude
Growth mindset: proactive learner committed to continuous improvement, professional growth, and team success

Pay Transparency Millennium Systems International is committed to competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. Our compensation reflects teamwork, excellence, and integrity, and is designed to attract and retain top talent. Compensation packages consider skill, experience, certifications, and location. The base salary range for this position in the United States starts at $42,500 plus commission, with base pay commensurate with experience. Total compensation may include performance bonuses and other incentive plans.
